The Association of Prolonged Passive Commuting Distance with Metabolic Syndrome

Abstract
Technology has altered lifestyle patterns, potentially causing health issues like weariness, stress, and cardiovascular abnormalities due to passive commuting, necessitating immediate intervention measures to mitigate metabolic syndrome. The meta-analysis revealed pooled interval of 1.7 (1.15, 2.53, CI=95%) indicating association with metabolic disorders as well as BMI. The acceptance of technological improvements is widespread; nevertheless, it is imperative to prioritize active commuting techniques in order to safeguard the environment and promote general well-being.
