Urinary incontinence is a pediatric problem;the daytime urinary incontinence is functional urinary incontinence that is also known as involuntary voiding of urine while awake. Daytime urinary incontinence is more common than night incontinence. The current review was aimed at exploring the daytime urinary incontinence and its treatments. The online databases PubMed and Google Scholar were used to perform a literature search for publications published between 2010 and 2015, without any date or language restrictions. We used a combination of relevant search terms and independently identified 30 articles initially selected based on the title and abstract, there were 5 articles included in this review finally after further screening and filtration. Both of urotherapy and biofeedback were found useful in the treatment of daytime urinary incontinence, but there was only a very limited literature available on the usage of pharmacological agents for the treatment of urinary incontinence.
