Abstract
Traumatic cervical spine injuries represent a threat for individuals as it is responsible for the highest rate of early mortality. The management of traumatic injuries can be performed by documentation of trauma injuries, including epidemiology and radiograph. The present study was aimed at reviewing the traumatic cervical spine injury and its radiograph. The online databases PubMed and Google Scholar were used to perform a literature search for publications published between 2012 and 2018, without any date or language restrictions. We used a combination of relevant search terms and independently identified 30 articles initially selected based on the
title and abstract, there were seven articles included in this review finally after further screening and filtration. The causes of traumatic cervical spine injuries vary between different regions, but they were found very common among males and older age individuals. A radiograph was found a critical step in the management of these cases.

Key words: Trauma, cervical spine injuries, radiograph
